Secure Your Safety Pipe!

As part of the UhrSecure Safety System, the red safety nut will align the cartridge and safety pipe to the center of the barrel. Since it sticks out of the end of the barrel it serves as a visual indicator that a live round cannot be chambered into the firearm. 

A safety nut is included in the SureStrike™ kits and in the SureStrike™ adapter kit.

Must be used with a long, short, or subcompact safety pipe.

although this is described as a visual safety indicator, I've found its a critical piece to ensure the extension that screws into the laser and traverses the barrel is properly aligned. without it, the extension rod wobbles inside the barrel making it impossible to align.

If you are referring to the SureStrikeMAG (DFM's Smart DryFireMag, not to be confused with their other dry fire type mags), then no.

At this time we do not sell the optic back cap separately. We may at some point next year, but not at this time.

We don't sell those, however if you are inside your warranty, reach out to support. Otherwise, it would be another back cap purchase, sorry.

Warranty: Back caps are warrantied for 5,000 shots/1 year; and include a replacement battery as well.
