First it show free shipping option. After a while there is no free shipping option anymore. Need to pay for shipping!!!

Hey there Tuan, sorry to hear that our check out system failed you. I have looked into your order and see that you should have gotten free shipping, as you noted and you will be refunding the shipping costs as that WAS an error. Further, thank you for alerting us of this issue as we wouldn't have known otherwise and I have put in a ticket with our web dev team and are double checking all other orders placed this weekend to be sure you were the only one.
