If you already own Umarex Elite Force G17 (ITEM # 2276300 / 2276318/ 2276312) the REAL barrel conversion kit, is quick and easy to install, highly accurate with quick and easy alignment. The R.E.A.L. Kit has everything you need to convert your own recoil gun into a laser emitting full blowback training pistol.
The Laser Ammo Recoil Enabled Airsoft Laser (R.E.A.L.) Conversion Kit includes a replacement drop in barrel for the Umarex Elite Force G17 pistol and IR (invisible) or Red (Visible) SureStrike™ laser with PST (piston) cap cartridge.
Compatible Only with the Gen 3 or Gen 4 VFC version Umarex G17 ITEM # 2276300 / 2276318 / 2276312
Installation of the R.E.A.L Kit is done simply by replacing the stock barrel with the REAL Kit assembly. This enables users to start training with any of our electronic targets or Smokeless Range® simulator.
Note: the older (1st gen) of the REAL conversion barrel was all blue and vibration activated. The newer version (gen 2) is red and blue and allows for longer battery life.
If using on the the Smokeless Range® shooting simulator, you must choose/use the IR laser option

I knew exactly what I was looking for but I really liked the variety they have. I wish I had read commonly asked questions first before finalizing my order as I would have went with the red laser rather than the IR but that was my mistake. I have yet to use the product but everything was received as planned. I plan using this item to improve my issues with recoil for my Skills training. Overall a very smooth ordering/receiving process from start to finish.

Glad that you found the Q&A helpful, sorry that you feel that it was a little too late. I'm sure you will find out that the IR will still provide you a lot of training options, especially if you have any of our targets. Sometimes looking for where you hit can be a poor habit, versus looking at the front sights. Either way, you are doing better than most and let us know if you have any questions or concerns.
